How do I become a nurse with Innovative Staffing Solutions?  Go to our Apply page and download our application and skills checklist.  The checklist will allow us to evaluate your qualifications and match you with assignments.

What are the basic requirements to become an ISS nurse?  One year of recent hospital based experience in your specialty. A completed application, valid professional license, solid references, current CPR, Physical exam form,and criminal background check.

What is the typical duration of a contract assignment?  4 weeks, 8 weeks, and 13 weeks.

How often do I get paid?  We offer daily and weekly pay by check or direct deposit.

Do you offer Health Insurance?  Yes.  Health insurance is available 30 days after start for full time employees.  Please ask our staff for details.

Can I add my spouse or dependents to my group health insurance plan?  Yes.  You complete the enrollment forms and pay the additional monthly premium.

If I refer a friend, is there a referral bonus?  Yes.  Please ask your staffing coordinator for details.

Do I need to get a physical?  No. However our clients require a physical within the past year.

Am I under any obligation after submitting my application?  No.  Your application simply is used to qualify you for assignments.  You decide when you want to accept work.

Do you offer 12-hour shifts? Yes.  We offer 8 and 12 hour shifts depending on the facility.

Is there a fee for Innovative Staffing Solutions' job placement services?  No! Never!

How long will it take to approve my application and find an assignment? This depends on you and how quickly you want to move.
